Who we are

We are Altitude United LTD. This policy relates to our products and services—including everything IT and telephony related.

When you use our services, you'll share some information with us. So we want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

Device Information

When you use this website, standard browser and server logs may include technical information such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, language and time zone. We do not collect advertising identifiers, installed-app information, sensor, microphone, battery or mobile-network data through this website.

Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies

This website uses a small number of cookies and does not use web beacons, advertising identifiers, local storage, session storage or other persistent browser storage. The first-party cookies remember your cookie choice and, where applicable, your sidebar preference.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website and improve its content. It is loaded only when you accept non-essential cookies through our cookie notice. We do not send contact form contents or direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers or company names to Google Analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies in the notice or use your browser's privacy controls.

Our website also loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This sends your browser's request, including its IP address and device or browser information, to Google to deliver the font files. Google says that the Google Fonts Web API does not set or log cookies, does not use the information collected to create profiles or for targeted advertising, and does not publish a Google Fonts-specific retention period. Some pages display our Cyber Essentials certificate using an embedded widget provided by BlockmarkTech (registry.blockmarktech.com). When this widget loads, your browser connects to BlockmarkTech and the provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. The widget is loaded only after you accept non-essential cookies. BlockMarkTech's privacy policy says it processes personal data in the UK and stores it in the UK on encrypted servers, subject to stated cloud-service exceptions, and deletes data when it is no longer needed. Its policy does not state a fixed retention period or confirm whether this specific widget uses cookies or browser storage, so those details remain vendor-controlled and unverified. Some pages also display images delivered by Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). When an image loads, your browser connects to Unsplash and may send technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. Unsplash's own privacy policy applies to that request.

How We Use Information

• If you submit our contact form, we use Resend as a data processor to deliver the submission by email to us. The submission may include your name, email address, telephone number, service enquiry and message.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We store some information for longer periods of time. For example:

We store your basic account information—like your name, phone number, and email address—until you ask us to delete them. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.
